From December to March, You can enjoy the hot spring with a snowy view. Japanese call this “Yukimi-Buro” (雪見風呂 = bathing while watching the snow). Here are photos of Onsen from five regions. (1) Takaragawa Onsen (Gunma Prefecture), (2) Okuhida Onsengo (Gifu Prefecture), (3) Zao Onsen (Yamagata Prefecture), (4) Ginzan Onsen (Yamagata Prefecture), (5) Nyuto Onsen (Akita Prefecture).
